1. No refunds are provided at our salon.

2. Please note that space in our salon is limited, so we cannot allow your children or friends who are not being serviced in the salon. Only clients and nail technicians are allowed on the service floor. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the salon unless services are being rendered to them. We love to do children’s nails! However, unattended children can be disruptive, and the salon environment could be dangerous to them. We use many products that are harmful if ingested or applied to unprotected skin.

3. We reserve the right to refuse service to:

• Anyone who violates the salon policy or comes with a bad attitude.
• Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious.
• Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area.
• Anyone in ill health that we suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be further harmed by our services.
• Diabetic clients are kindly requested to inform our technicians about their condition so that we can provide our services with proper care. If you decide to get your nails trimmed and then bleeding occurs, we are not responsible for it.

4. Disclaimer: We are not responsible for your lost or damaged cell phones or personal belongings.

5. Please ensure you have payment with you before you arrive for the services. If you are not satisfied with your nails, we will happily fix them. If you leave the salon without paying, we will contact the police and prosecute theft services to the fullest extent of the law.

6. Gift certificates are not refundable or redeemable for cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

7. For private parties, please call to make a reservation at least two days in advance. A 20% deposit is due at the time of booking for groups of six or more people.

8. Prices are subject to change without notice.

9. Shellac/gel take-off without a gel service may incur an additional charge.

10. Gel/Shellac upgrade is available at an additional cost.

11. Products and services are subject to availability.

12. You have the right to refuse the electric drill during treatment.

13. Nail extensions can only last about two weeks depending on how you look after them.
